* Up to £55,000per annum basic salary

The Job Role
* Operations Manager to oversee 18 education contracts in Essex
* To manage and oversee the food offering, service standards and client experience.
* The Operations Manager will be responsible for P&L, stock management, cost control and effective labour scheduling.
* To recruit, train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent.
* To report into an Operations Director.
The Requirements
* A proven Operations Manager within contract catering
* Previous background as an Operations Manager within contract catering is essential, be that in Education, B&I and/or Healthcare
* A passionate foodie
* The successful Operations Manager will be a self-starter with a passion for people development.
* A strong commercial acumen to maximise revenue, as well as a sound understanding of revenue, budget and cost analysis.
The Location
* To be based in Essex only.
* A regional 'road based' role within the above areas.
