Manager of ARP for Students with Speech, Language and Communication Needs

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate educator to lead an Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) for twelve students with Speech, Language and Communication Needs.
This role calls for a strategic and compassionate professional who can manage the day-to-day running of the ARP and contribute to the wider school community by supporting inclusive teaching practices across all key stages.
Working closely with the Head of Inclusion (SENCo), you’ll help shape whole-school approaches to communication and interaction, ensuring every learner has the tools and confidence to succeed.
You will:
1. Have experience teaching students with a range of SEND needs
2. Be passionate about inclusive education and student progress
3. Lead by example, inspiring colleagues through your practice
4. Bring creativity, energy, and a collaborative mindset to the team
5. Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills
6. Foster positive relationships with staff, students, and families
7. Be an active learner who’s always seeking to develop and grow

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
