This is a role where you’ll learn a specialist market and develop real commercial skills - ideal for someone with a natural interest in sales, business development, or building client relationships. You’ll be part of a team that genuinely wants you to succeed.
What you’ll be doing
* Speaking with candidates and clients, building strong relationships
* Learning your market and becoming a specialist in your area
* Supporting the team on live roles and gradually taking ownership of your own desk
* Developing sales, negotiation, and business development skills
* Working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
What we’re looking for
* Graduates or individuals with some sales, business development, customer service, or customer-facing experience
* Confident communicators who enjoy building relationships
* Ambitious, driven, and motivated to succeed
* Curious, proactive, and willing to learn
* A team player with a positive attitude
