VIM Department Manager The Role We are seeking an experienced VIM Department Manager to take full responsibility for managing a primary melting department within a complex manufacturing operation. This is a senior leadership role, accountable for safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead and develop a skilled technical team, drive departmental performance, and ensure the operation runs safely, efficiently, and in line with customer and business requirements.
