Kellanova is investing £75 million in its cereal plant in Wrexham, aiming to make it the largest cereal manufacturing site in Europe. As part of this exciting expansion, we are looking for a Reliability Engineer to join our team in Wrexham. The purpose of the Reliability Engineer role is to ensure the reliability of plant equipment through developing, implementing and managing maintenance strategies to keep equipment at standard. You will report to the RM Planning, Facilities and Utilities Manager and work cross-functionally with the Maintenance Execution, CI, Operations, EHS & QFS teams. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing · Maintenance Planning - Build a weekly maintenance plan against plant priorities, ensuring jobs are planned considering operational constraints, and provide necessary resources and parts for completion · Activity Follow- Up - Follow-up on outputs from both planned and unplanned maintenance activity to ensure actions are captured and executed · Criticality Review - Complete equipment criticality reviews and assess maintenance programs for effectiveness · BOM Management - Build and maintain an accurate and complete Bill of Materials for all equipment · Schedule Compliance- Maximise adherence to the maintenance schedule and timely close-out of defects raised We’re Looking for Someone With · Experience in a manufacturing plant environment · Strong problem-solving skills · Lean manufacturing knowledge · Ability to formulate and execute strategies effectively · Ability to manage and engage stakeholders at all levels · Strong technical & analytical skills, including the use of Excel and SAP W hat’s Next After you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter, so it may take us a few weeks to get back to you by email or phone.
