Social Housing Electrician – Bracknell
Temp to Perm Opportunity
Build Recruitment are currently looking for a qualified Electrician to work on a busy social housing contract in Bracknell.
Role details:
1. Temp to perm position
2. £27 per hour for the first 12 weeks
3. £42,000 per annum once permanent
4. Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
5. Van and fuel card provided
6. All standard permanent benefits included
Duties will include:
7. Electrical testing
8. Carrying out EICRs
9. General electrical maintenance within social housing properties
Requirements:
10. Fully qualified electrician (relevant electrical qualifications essential)
11. Experience working within social housing preferred
12. Full UK driving licence
