Planning Associate – Commercial Property
3–5 Years PQE | London / Hybrid | £65,000–£70,000

The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing Commercial Property team known for its energy, integrity, and results. You’ll work closely with the operations board and take on significant responsibilities from day one.
You’ll be involved in:
* Acting for land promoters, developers, and investors on a wide range of planning matters
* Advising on strategic acquisitions, statutory agreements, and planning aspects of due diligence
* Drafting and reviewing high-quality legal documents
* Managing complex transactions with confidence
* Building and nurturing client relationships
What we’re looking for:
* 3–5 years PQE in Planning Law
* Technically excellent and commercially savvy
* Proven ability to manage complex matters and mentor junior team members
* Strong client care ethos and business development capabilities
* Confident, proactive, and a genuine team player
