As a Desktop VDA Engineer, you will: Assess vehicle damage remotely from images using Proformance or similar estimating systems. Generate accurate repair estimates and reports, ensuring compliance with industry and insurer standards. Identify total loss vehicles and escalate appropriately. Categorise cases for downstream processing and further review by senior engineers. Liaise with bodyshops and repairers to clarify repairs, parts, and labour requirements. Maintain detailed records of all assessments in the company's systems. Provide feedback for continuous improvement of claims and repair processes.
