As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will assist solicitors and conveyancers in managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion. You will play a vital role in ensuring the process runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Supporting fee earners with the management of residential conveyancing files
Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Conducting property searches and reviewing title documentation
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
Preparing completion statements and handling pre- and post-completion matters
Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a conveyancing role (paralegal or legal assistant)
Sound knowledge of the conveyancing process and related legal procedures
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and client-care skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
Proficient in using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office
