What Will I Be Doing?
As Sales Manager, you'll take the lead in driving national sales growth across a wide-ranging product portfolio within the landscaping sector. Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager, your role will focus on strategic development, team leadership, and high-level customer engagement.
You'll be responsible for building, mentoring, and motivating a team of Account Managers, ensuring they have the tools, direction, and support needed to exceed performance targets.
Your Key responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing effective sales strategies to grow revenue across the UK
Conducting regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities
Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders-both existing and prospective
Representing the business at trade shows, industry events, and in digital marketing campaigns
Leading performance reviews and sales reporting, providing insights to senior management
Managing the national sales budget to ensure efficient resource use and maximum ROI
Championing continuous learning by providing ongoing training and support for your team
