Our client, Brennan Industries, is experiencing continued global success. As part of their rapid expansion in the UK, they have recently opened a new office in Aldridge and are seeking a Marketing Manager to join their growing team.
You will be responsible for executing the company's integrated marketing strategy, managing all marketing channels with a focus on digital. The Marketing Manager will also lead strategic initiatives across the business, including sales enablement and events, to raise brand awareness and increase qualified leads and sales.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Serve as the regional point of contact for all marketing needs
* Lead the creation of literature & video content, and coordinate presence at exhibitions/tradeshows in collaboration with the global content team
* Manage digital marketing channels and campaigns, including blogs, email, lead nurturing, and website content
* Oversee third-party campaigns and online promotions
* Collaborate with sales to improve sales enablement, develop sales tools, and support distributor channels
* Analyze marketing data and present actionable insights
Skills & Experience
* Leadership experience in marketing, with a successful record of implementing integrated strategies
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and HubSpot
* Excellent time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Experience working on Mac and Microsoft Office Suite
* Willingness to travel up to 10%
* Marketing experience in distribution, industrial engineering, or manufacturing sectors
* Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and similar tools
* A desire to lead a team in the future as the department grows
* Website, SEO, and e-commerce experience to support the upcoming website launch
