Overview
haart Estate Agents in Westcliff are looking for a Sales Progressor to join their team! This role is on a part‑time basis of 3/4 days. As part of the team, you'll be responsible for registering client details and keeping the sales process moving by staying in close contact with all key stakeholders. From mortgage advisers and solicitors to buyers, vendors, and surveyors – you'll chase progress, provide updates, and ensure a smooth, efficient experience for everyone involved.
We are currently conducting some interviews using video software.
Eligibility
To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process you will need:
1. Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
2. Evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of a passport or birth certificate and proof of address and National Insurance number.
Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role.
* Experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process.
* A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry.
* Passionate about haart, our values and processes.

* Good at engaging with people from all walks of life, holding conversations to establish their needs and wants.
* Excellent communication through email, phone and face‑to‑face.

Responsibilities
* Register client details.
* Pick up client relationships and manage multiple cases at one time.
* Effectively communicate with and update key stakeholders within the home buying process to ensure a smooth completion.
* Chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process: mortgage advisers or lenders, solicitors, buyers, vendors (client selling the house), surveyors and any other key parts to the process.
* Gather required documents to complete the sale: identification, mortgage agreement, required insurance policies.
* Dedicated training and coaching to support your ongoing development.

Salary & Bonuses
* Basic salary of £20,000 to £25,000 per year, dependent on experience (pro‑rated to agreed hours) with salary increase upon tenure/hitting targets.
* Complete on‑target earnings of £30,000 per year.
* Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a % of the pipeline: 65% – £250, 75% – £500, 85% – £750.
