We’re looking for a highly experienced Photo Producer to lead end-to-end photography productions across a wide range of premium creative campaigns and content projects.
This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments, understands visual culture deeply, and can seamlessly balance world-class creative execution with flawless production management.
✨ What you’ll be doing:
• Leading photo productions from concept through to final delivery
• Managing shoot logistics, timelines, budgets, contracts, and post-production
• Partnering with photographers, agents, creatives, motion teams, and senior stakeholders
• Commissioning external talent and production vendors
• Overseeing multiple concurrent projects in a high-output studio environment
• Ensuring creative excellence while delivering efficiently and on budget
👀 What we’re looking for:
• 7+ years’ experience within photo production
• Strong experience across both stills and motion shoots
• Exceptional production, negotiation, and budget management skills
• Deep knowledge of photographers, agencies, and creative talent globally
• Calm, collaborative, and highly organised under pressure
• Strong visual taste and passion for photography and storytelling
• Portfolio showcasing Producer-level work
