The role:
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key contact between customers and the workshop, based in the showroom. Full training provided, including an induction program, shadowing, and a buddy system.
Who you are:
• Previous customer service experience essential
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences
• Able to work to deadlines and manage customer expectations
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Confident handling complex customer issues
• Tech-savvy, experience with CRM systems preferred

• Greet customers and manage relationships
• Support customers throughout their journey
• Advocate for customers and support decision-making
• Complete administrative duties accurately
• Support future customer needs
• Collaborate with team to ensure outstanding service
