Site Engineer – Housebuilding Location: Scotland (Mainly Central Belt) Rate: £450 per day Type: Freelance/Contract We’re looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our team on residential housebuilding projects across Scotland, with a focus on the Central Belt. This is a contract role offering £450/day, working with a well-established construction team. Key Responsibilities: * Setting out and surveying for new build housing sites * Ensuring works are carried out to design specifications and quality standards * Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and design teams * Monitoring and reporting on site progress * Managing site documentation and as-built records Requirements: * Proven experience in residential construction * Strong setting out and surveying skills * CSCS card and relevant qualifications * Willing to travel across Scotland as needed
