Role Overview
As a Senior Accountant, you will take ownership of key financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with technical, operations, and sponsorship teams to manage budgets, optimize costs, and drive profitability across the racing season.
Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
Prepare and analyze management accounts, forecasts, and budgets
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and motorsport governing body requirements
Oversee cost control for engineering and race operations
Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
Support commercial teams with financial modeling for sponsorship and partnership deals
What We're Looking For
Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
5+ years of experience in a finance role, ideally within automotive, manufacturing, or sports industries
Strong understanding of cost accounting and project-based financial management
Proficient in financial software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Passion for motorsport is a strong advantage
