Key responsibilities will be: Maintain and update project documentation, registers, and trackers. Input, verify, and manage data in project systems and databases. Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. Monitor inboxes and respond to routine queries or escalate as appropriate. File and archive documents in line with document control procedures. Liaise with internal teams to gather and consolidate project information. Ensure compliance with project governance and administrative standards. Qualifications Proven experience in administrative or data entry roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Good organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Clear and professional communication skills.
