Following significant recent investment across kitchens, restaurants and bars, the business is now seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead a bold, vibrant South-East Asian restaurant delivering Thai, Vietnamese, Malaysian, Japanese and wider Pan-Asian flavours in a modern, theatrical dining environment. The Role As Head Chef, you will have full ownership of food quality, commercial performance and team culture within this flagship restaurant. You will lead a large, multi-section brigade in a high-volume, destination setting, balancing creativity with strong commercial control. You'll be trusted to evolve the concept, develop menus that excite guests and drive revenue, and create a kitchen environment where people feel proud to work and grow.
