Main duties of the job
As a Senior Radiographer, you will:
* See each patient as an individual, offering understanding and empathy
* Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload – in the department, on the ward and in theatre
* Work with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices, equipment and facilities
* Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures
* Supervise and develop junior colleagues
* Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion

Job responsibilities
Role: MRI Radiographer (Bank) – Tunbridge Wells Hospital | Radiology | Bank | Ad Hoc – Up to £25.00 per hour, depending on experience
As a Senior Radiographer at our Tunbridge Wells site, you will typically have a BSc degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent) and a postgraduate qualification in MRI, plus high levels of technical knowledge. Ideally, you will also have Radiation Protection Supervisor training and qualification, as well as the ability to work accurately and compassionately. Evidenced training in cannulation is essential.

* Experience and qualifications as described for a Senior Radiographer with MRI specialization
Experience
* BSc in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent) with a postgraduate qualification in MRI; Radiation Protection Supervisor training is desirable; cannulation training is essential
