We are seeking a motivated and visionary Deputy Headteacher to help shape the future of our school. Key Responsibilities Include:

* acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures
* providing strategic leadership alongside the Headteacher, contributing to the school’s vision and improvement plans
* managing and supporting the pastoral team, promoting student wellbeing and engagement
* supporting and developing staff, ensuring high-quality teaching and a positive learning environment
* engaging with parents, governors, and external agencies to enhance student support.

* proven leadership experience within a primary school setting
* strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and pastoral care
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* a passion for student wellbeing and behaviour management
* the ability to inspire and support both staff and students.
