Learning & Engagement Coordinator Supported Accommodation Services £25,737.90 per annum Full Time (includes evenings & weekends) Enhanced DBS (Adult Barred List) Required ASE Recruitment are specialist recruiters in the social housing and social care sectors providing temporary staffing to work within a variety of 24 hour supported accommodation services and floating support services for Housing Associations and Charities across the Northwest, Midlands, and Derbyshire. Macclesfield and Congleton Working hours 37.5 hours per week rolling Rota (1 week earlies & 1 week lates, working 1 weekend in 4). 07.30am - 3.30pm and 12.30pm - 8.30pm The Role We are seeking a creative and motivated Learning & Engagement Coordinator to design and deliver engaging learning and development opportunities within supported accommodation services. You will work directly with service users to build independence, resilience and life skills through structured 1:1 sessions and group-based interventions. This role places co-production at its heart — ensuring individuals actively shape the activities and opportunities available to them. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver structured learning and development sessions Develop tailored, person-centred interventions Lead on co-production initiatives and engagement activities Support individuals to build independent living skills Work with local partners to create meaningful opportunities Supervise and support students and volunteers Respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and policy About You You will be: Confident delivering group and 1:1 activities Organised and able to manage your own workload Skilled at building positive, professional relationships Resilient and calm under pressure Comfortable working independently and across multiple sites Essential Experience Experience delivering structured learning or support sessions Strong understanding of safeguarding Experience working with vulnerable individuals Ability to use IT systems to record and report information Excellent communication and organisational skills This role requires an Enhanced DBS check with barred list clearance (Adult).
