What will you be doing?
Responsibilities vary by team but typically include:
* Financial planning: owning and developing Group financial planning processes, seeking simplification opportunities
* Automation: identifying and driving efficiencies, including automation initiatives
* Analysis & performance monitoring: supporting financial analysis and business modeling, making recommendations
* Business partnering: presenting complex financials engagingly, supporting Opco and Central department leads in financial objectives and capital allocation
* Team management: managing, developing, and coaching a lean team
We look for candidates with:
* A strong background in Banking, Consulting, Fintech, Tech, or related industries
* Experience in core finance activities like business partnering, capital allocation (FP&A), managing budgets, actuals, business cases, modeling, and project coordination
* Experience in an international or Pan-European environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight delivery targets
