Personal Assistant to Managing Director (Brad) - Maternity Cover
Hours – 28 hrs p/w across 4 days
Start Date – End of Oct
Pay - £13 p/h
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our friendly team here at The A World UK CIC
This role is primarily an admin and recruiting role - reporting directly to the Managing Director. Our general admin duties include a mixture of administrative, reconciling bank transactions, HR and basic accounts management. You will need to have the ability to work under pressure, have excellent prioritisation skills and to work individually and as part of the team. At times this position may require you to lone work.
The role will include: -
-Assisting with the Manual processing of receipts, invoices, bank transactions, bank reconciliation and processing expenses. It would be desirable to have experience working with either Quickbooks or Xero.
* Provide comprehensive support to executive-level personnel.
* Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Handle correspondences and queries promptly.
-Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
-Contribute to the efficiency of the Secretarial & Business Support department.
-Client/team administration tasks such as letter writing, liaising with HMRC and external suppliers.
-Managing and supporting with the signing of the property leases
· Management of utilities for each of our stores
· General administrative tasks
· Managing the Director's calendar with appointments
· Project work
· Other ad-hoc duties.
Work Experience:
Experience in office admin is essential
Education and Skills:
Successful candidates must have good organisational, communication and basic IT skills.
Candidates must be driven, professional, punctual, loyal, work to tight deadlines, flexible and pro-active.
