Starting in September, we are seeking a dedicated, highly organised and efficient Senior Cover Supervisor to join our school.
In addition to undertaking the role of a Cover Supervisor, the Senior Cover Supervisor will also manage our team of Cover Supervisors. This will involve training them, overseeing their day‑to‑day activities and raising any performance issues with them. You will monitor the quality of the cover work set and raise any concerns with the Deputy Principal (Curriculum). You will support and brief supply teachers, ensuring they are provided with cover work and help to resolve any issues they may encounter.
Potential candidates must have experience of working in a school, preferably secondary, and have experience of cover supervision or equivalent classroom experience.
