The Role
* Lead a small team of Production Operators in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
* Coordinate workflow, allocate tasks and maintain production targets.
* Support training of new staff and ensure safe, consistent machine operation.
* Carry out quality checks and maintain high standards across the line.
* Work closely with supervisors and management to improve processes and output.
* Rotate across machinery and equipment to maintain production flexibility.
The Person
* Experience in a production, machine operating, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
* Demonstrable responsibility or leadership qualities (team lead experience not essential).
* Reliable, organised, and confident directing others.
* Comfortable working in a practical, hands-on role.
* Looking for long-term progression in a growing business.
