As a Membership Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a perfect match for new members. You’ll bring your vibrant personality and loveable nature to showcase our facilities to potential new members.
You’ll get to know what they’re looking for, what they hope to achieve and demonstrate how our gym is their match made in heaven.
You love meeting new people, therefore you’ll enjoy getting to know potential new members by phone or in person when you give them a grand tour of the club.
You’ll match their individual needs to the facilities we have on offer to ensure their fitness journey gets off to a great start. Additionally, you will advise on additional products and services to help them smash their fitness goals.
Qualifications
* A natural ability to interact with all types of people, use effective selling techniques and belief in sales through service.
* A passion for leisure, fitness and customer service.
* An ability to understand the individual needs and wants of our members and tailor your service and communication around them.
* A drive to achieve and exceed targets.
* A team mentality, forming great relationships within leisure and other departments.
