Youll work with skilled colleagues, initially within our Empty Homes workstream, who know their stuff and want to share it. What youll do Ensure empty homes are prepared for re-letting efficiently by completing timely inspections and compiling all required pre-construction information. Work collaboratively with Housing teams to ensure customers have a great start to their tenancy and a positive introduction to life with Home Group. You have HNC in Surveying or HND/Degree in surveying or construction related field, with strong post qualification experience Knowledge of damp and mould, or willing to work towards a qualification Experience diagnosing property condition and scoping for remedial works Understanding of building pathology and complex issues like subsidence Experience managing contractors and ensuring health and safety compliance Stronger together We do our best work when were ourselves.
