Description
We are seeking a motivated project manager, ideally with 3+ years experience, although we will consider applications from highly motivated, well organised and eager junior project managers. Some experience in any role within technical projects is a must.
The project management function is essential within White Swan Data to drive our projects and maintain momentum. Our projects are complex fast-moving and require attention to detail.
You will get the opportunity to work with our technical teams (Software Developers & Mathematicians/Quants). To help them maintain momentum across their projects whilst maintaining high standards.
This is an office based role where you will be expected to be in our London office 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
* As the Mid-Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing project roadmaps that span specific projects and cross-functional initiatives.
* You will take the lead in developing and executing a comprehensive strategic plan meticulously aligned with White Swan Data's overarching business goals.
* You will orchestrate the allocation of resources and oversee the complete project development lifecycle.
* You will work closely with our diverse teams, including engineering, quants, business, data science, and trading, to foster cooperation and synergy, enabling the prioritisation and timely delivery of projects.
* You will manage the daily delivery of business critical technology infrastructure, and liaise with all stakeholders across the business.
* You will manage risk across the technology work streams on both short and longer term horizons.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* 3+ years working within Project Management
* Strong Jira experience
* Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
