EMR are currently working with a reputable global pharmaceutical company who specialize in developing and commercializing treatments for both patients suffering life threatening acute disorders, along with providing healthcare solutions for the general population.
They have approached EMR to assist and support them with their search to hire a new Creative Project Manager. As the successfully appointed candidate you will join our client’s global brand, marketing and creative team, consisting of 10 individuals, based out of their European Head office in Egham in Surrey.
As the newly appointed Creative Project Manager you will be responsible for the smooth and effective management and tracking of all projects running across 7 streams of work which include Corporate Communications, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, our client’s Ambassador programme, Creative, Content & Technology.
In addition to the base salary offered to you as the newly appointed Creative Project Manager, you will also enjoy the following benefits :

As the newly appointed Creative Project Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include :
* Lead the planning and delivery of multiple projects across the creative, branding and communications team.
* Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation collaborating closely with the department head and cross-functional teams
* Ensure financial accountability by maintaining strong budget management and tracking project financials effectively. Provide financial tracking updates to the General Manager responsible for overseeing the broader creative, branding and communications budget management
* Drive project lifecycles across various disciplines, including digital, print and packaging
* Excel in delivering content for social media and understanding key social platforms
* Maintain project oversight and ensure all stakeholders are accountable for project/timeline delivery
* Build exceptional relationships with global stakeholders
* Maintain detailed records of project progress, deliverables, and outcomes for future reference and learning
As the newly appointed Creative Project Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include :
* In depth knowledge of operations and processes to streamline workflows
* Experience in Monday.com, asana or similar platforms

A salary up to £65,000 per annum is available dependent on experience.
