Job Title: Finance Manager
Role Type: Permanent
Location: Southeast England - Bromley area
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience

What You'll Do:
As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth. 📈
Budget Management: Oversee budgeting processes and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
Team Leadership: Lead a dedicated finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. 🤝
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and mitigate financial risks.Experience Needed:
Proven experience in finance in a managerial role.
Construction industry experience, including experience with Construction Industry Scheme, IR35 and project-based finances is ideal
Finance degree with a CIMA or ACCA qualification or qualified by experience
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and excellent communication abilities.
