Position: Area Sales Manager - Homebased / Field Sales (Leeds/Harrogate)
Salary: Up to £32,000 + fantastic bonus, company car or car allowance, and a home-based contract

Your Key Responsibilities

* Build and nurture strong customer relationships, driven by a genuine curiosity in the independent sector.
* Grow and retain customers, achieving profitable volume growth against targets.
* Partner with customers to understand their growth plans, providing valuable solutions and products.
* Stay informed about competitor activities to ensure you offer the best local solutions.
* Collaborate proactively with the Business Development Manager to understand new customer needs and ensure smooth transitions.
* Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market.

Confidence in adopting new technologies is essential, as we modernize our approach to improve customer experiences. While experience with Salesforce is a plus, it’s not a requirement.
