– Sale – £30,000 – £40,000 pro-rata
Established over fifty years’, a leading business consultancy are seeking a proven administrator, the ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and self-motivated individual with strong administrative support experience.
** 3 days per week, office based **
Responsibilities:
1. New starters, HR, inductions, ordering equipment for new starters and the office and onboarding
2. Facilities management
3. Organising company socials & events
4. Responsible for company insurance renewals
5. Taking minutes at meetings
6. Typing reports and data/system management
7. Supporting the bids and tender manager with bid documentation
Desirables:
8. Experienced in working within a professional service led environment.
9. Strong organisational skills.
10. A dynamic and ‘can-do’ personal approach to work.
11. Good working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
