An exciting opportunity has arisen for a property Paralegal to join a rapidly growing law firm based in North West London. The successful candidate will support the conveyancing team, working closely with an ambitious and expanding department on high-value property transactions.
This role combines legal and administrative responsibilities within residential conveyancing and offers excellent opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting licences and supporting legal documentation
* Preparing and submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
* Managing pre- and post-completion processes efficiently
* Coordinating property searches and handling associated documentation
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, solicitors, and third parties
* Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and compliant case files and systems
Key Requirements:
* A law degree or relevant legal experience (essential)
* Experience in conveyancing (essential)
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and legal software applications
* Clear and confident written and verbal communication
