We’re hiring for a Customer Support Executive to join a global manufacturer based in Droylsden. This is a role that will see you playing a key role in supporting their international customer base and ensuring seamless pre-sales and order processes. What’s on offer? * £28,000 - £31,000 per year * Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 4:00pm * Early finish on Fridays * 25 days holiday bank holidays * Quarterly bonuses * Enhanced pension scheme * Christmas shutdown period What will you be doing as a Customer Support Executive? * Providing customer service and support to external distributors and clients * Acting as the first point of contact for product enquiries and general support * Processing customer orders and handling queries regarding availability and delivery * Coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment * Managing complaint resolution and customer feedback * Supporting the development and handling of internet-based sales channels * Assisting with lead follow-up and contributing to overall sales coordination What do you need? * Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or supply chain role * Excellent communication and organisation skills * Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask * A proactive mindset with a customer-first approach Apply today or speak with Jack Kitchin at KPJ Group for more information between 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
