🔧 Job Title: Engineering Lead
Are you an experienced M&E Lead Engineer with a proven track record in supervising technical engineering teams? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our team and help deliver excellence across a diverse portfolio of commercial buildings.
What you’ll do:
✔ Supervise and coordinate a team to deliver planned, reactive, and ad-hoc maintenance
✔ Manage HV/LV and mechanical building services to ensure compliance and safety
✔ Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and operational teams to maintain service standards
✔ Ensure statutory compliance, RAMS sign-off, and permit-to-work processes
✔ Support a strong safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for:
✅ Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Building Services or Facilities Management
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Competency in statutory compliance and PPM regimes (SFG20)
✅ IT literacy (Maximo & Microsoft Office)
Relevant qualifications:
✅ City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or Building Services
✅ IET Wiring Regs (18th Edition)
✅ HV Authorised Person Course
✅ IOSH Managing Safely
Desirable:
✔ Mechanical NVQ Level 3
✔ ACOP L8 Legionella Responsible Person
✔ Asbestos Responsible Person training
✔ Experience with CAFM systems (Maximo)
