Key Responsibilities:
* Support students in lessons across a range of subjects, including English, Maths, and Science.
* Work closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted interventions and small group support.
* Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom activities.
* Provide pastoral support and help maintain a positive learning environment.
* Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
* A degree in any subject (education-related degrees are advantageous).
* A genuine interest in working with young people and supporting their learning.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
