A complex, multi-site charity, is seeking an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership during a critical period of change. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Board, the Interim CFO will take ownership of financial strategy, planning and governance, with a clear mandate to strengthen financial sustainability, improve controls and drive value across the organisation. This is a high-impact interim assignment requiring a confident, hands-on finance leader who is comfortable operating in a challenging stakeholder environment and able to provide clarity, pace and assurance from day one.
