Employment Senior Associate (5 - 7 PQE), London
We’re working with a leading international law firm that is seeking to appoint a Senior Associate into its market-leading Employment practice in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded team that advises on some of the most strategic, complex and high-profile mandates in the market.
The practice handles a wide variety of matters, including private and public M&A, private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, as well as workplace investigations, senior appointments and exits, conduct issues, and high-stakes employment litigation.
As a Senior in the team, you’ll work closely with partners and this is a key role offering client exposure, business development and responsibility in managing transactions. The role also provides scope to support with managing and supporting junior lawyers and contributing to client strategy.
This is a role with a clear pathway to progression, with potential to move towards Counsel and even future Partnership in due course.
What they’re looking for:
* 5–7 years PQE in employment law ideally
* Solid transactional experience, ideally across M&A, PE or reorganisations/restructurings
* Strong advisory skills on high-profile employment mandates, including investigations, exits and litigation
* Ability to manage matters proactively and confidently engage with senior stakeholders
* Collaborative approach and appetite to develop both technically and commercially
Salary: £190k+ (+ bonus + benefits)
