The Role The role is to work as a ALN Teaching Assistant within a Secondary School in Cardiff. The role requirements are to complement the professional work of the ALN department by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision. This may involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals/groups, monitoring pupils and assessing, recording and reporting on pupils’ achievement, progress and development.
