What You’ll Be Doing Owning and delivering your own sales target – both new business and account growth Building and developing a SaaS sales team – coaching, supporting and holding to account Embedding a structured, metrics-led sales process, with high-quality discovery, forecasting and pipeline discipline Using sales methodology (SPIN, MEDDIC or similar) to build credibility and drive consistency Applying CRM and dashboard data to inform decisions, track performance, and course-correct where needed Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure commercial alignment Managing a complex sales process and multi stakeholder relationships, and influencing senior decision-makers Championing a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and professional development What We’re Looking For Proven personal high-performance in SaaS/software sales – identifying opportunities, closing business and maintaining client relationships. Formal training in established sales methodologies and a track record of applying them to drive personal and team-wide results Clear communicator – able to convey ideas with precision and impact to varied stakeholders Strong commercial acumen and the ability to account for decisions, results and reporting at every level Data-led mindset – fluent in using sales tools and metrics to drive performance and operational improvement Leadership - demonstrated ability to build a high-performing team, to coach, challenge and elevate others, including experienced team members.
