Permanent, Full-Time Your Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will oversee the daily management and supervision of the Electrical service across our Housing Maintenance and Corporate Services. You’ll lead a dedicated team of Technicians, ensuring they deliver exceptional service in line with our Company Policy. Your key duties will include: Providing direct management and support to Technicians, ensuring compliance with Company policy and external regulations. Conducting Quality Control checks in accordance with NICEIC requirements and Kier's policies. Collaborating with the Contact Centre Team to manage workflow and anticipate demand. Performing regular site visits for inspections and contractor sign-offs, while liaising with the Performance Manager on quality and complaints. Investigating complaints and preparing detailed reports for management. Ensuring Technicians and contractors have all necessary tenancy and property information before their visits. What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have: Proven experience in a similar Supervisor or Management role. A Level 3 NVQ qualification (or equivalent) in Electrotechnical Services. A Level 3 qualification in Periodic Inspection, Testing & Certification. The ability to read Construction Drawings. Experience in reporting and managing budgets effectively.
