The role involves delivering a rotating programme of Springboard and coaching sessions to support customers in enhancing their employability, resilience, and sector-specific skills.
1. Deliver a rotating programme of employability, resilience, and sector-specific skills training to support participants in moving into employment.
2. Record and provide feedback through updating the customer case management system about the completion status of booked interventions as part of the Springboard curriculum.
3. Support the Lead Employability Coach & Employment Advisor in evaluating the quality and success of Springboard sessions, making appropriate suggestions for continuous improvement.
4. Provide coaching support on a one-to-one basis for customers as needs are identified by Employment Advisors.
Salary in London: £29,400 - £32,600
Essential Skills & Experience
* Experience in delivering effective recruitment and/or development workshops that meet or exceed customer needs.
* Excellent communication skills adaptable to various communication and learning styles.
* Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, including listening, questioning, and relationship building that promote commitment and action.
* Ability to produce high-quality, tailored CVs and support candidates in effective job searching activities.
* Customer-focused with a strong commitment to customer care.
* IT skills to ensure full system and contract compliance.
* Numeracy and literacy skills for management reporting.
* Strong team player with a positive and flexible approach.
* Creative problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards overcoming candidate challenges.
* Ability to plan and organise workload to meet targets and deadlines.
* Experience developing individuals both one-to-one and in group environments.
* Experience working with structured targets and deadlines.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Experience in designing and developing training materials.
* Experience delivering resilience or mental health training.
