You’ll be working alongside experienced teachers, supporting lessons, helping with interventions, and building positive relationships with pupils who benefit from that extra bit of encouragement.
You’ll be involved in:
1. In-class support across KS2
2. Small group and intervention work
3. Supporting pupils with focus, confidence, and organisation
4. Helping create a positive, calm classroom environment
