Overview
We are seeking a Contract Support Coordinator to join Arcus FM on a permanent basis at our Cirencester site, Cirencester, England, United Kingdom. You’ll have experience gained within a call centre to enable you to complete tasks within set deadlines. You’ll be working within our finance department, with other colleagues.
Responsibilities
* Raising Purchase Orders
* Placing supplier orders
* Creating estimates
* Liaising with various colleagues and clients
* Handling large volumes of information from validating data to updating the systems records, receipts or shipping of products on work orders
What We're Looking For
* Excellent problem-solving skills; thrives with complex queries
* Ability to work at pace with speed and accuracy
* Strong Excel skills; able to perform formulas, create, amend and format as required
* Confident and assertive; able to challenge and push back where required
* Willingness to engage with stakeholders up to Director level
