Office Management duties including contracts and budgeting
catering, dial-ins, video conference set-up, meeting materials
Assist with contact management of the CRM database, ensuring accuracy of contacts and activity updates
Provide back-up support to other members of the Admin/office support team as needed
As a valued team member of the Admin team, help continuously improve and document standard operating procedures across the firm
Provide day-to-day general office support, as needed
25,000-£30,000 (depending on experience and salary history)
30 days holiday + Bank Holidays
40 hours/week
