Provisioning & Procurement:
1. Carry out a wide range of sales & technical administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
2. Validate new customer orders.
3. Prepare & issue contracts.
4. Provisioning & Procurement of each order through to delivery.
5. Liaise with internal technical teams & 3rd party suppliers to ensure prompt & proficient delivery.
6. Monitor orders daily to ensure delivery is on track and within budget, informing customer & internal teams where necessary.
7. Create leads.
8. Produce minor quotes.
9. Manage accounts.
10. Participate in project management of complex orders.
11. Handle internal stock ordering as required.
12. Assist with circuit ordering.
13. Supervise goods in & out functions.
14. Report on software licensing.
15. Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Administration:
1. Perform a range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
2. Answer telephone calls.
3. Host visitors.
4. Process incoming & outgoing mail.
5. Order stationery & office consumables.
6. Work effectively with team members to deliver excellent administration to internal & external customers.
7. Continuously seek opportunities to gain new skills and identify areas for self-improvement.
8. Ensure compliance with all company policies, processes, and procedures.
