Technical Lead/Architect (C#/.Net) - Sheffield - New Role! (REF01)

A market leading organisation in the Sheffield area requires a Technical Lead/Architect to join its growing and successful team! Suitable candidates will have the folloiwng experience:
* Sunstantial commercial experience in software development using C# / .NET.
* Experience of leading on technical decisions.
* Excellent communication skills and the abilities to convey concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Comfortable with git version control.
* Process driven.
* Flexible approach and positive attitude.
* Experience with as many of the following as possible:
* ORM (NHibernate, Entity Framework, etc.)
* SQL Server or other relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
* DevExpress components. Desirable
* Familiar with developer tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
Duties will include the folloiwng:
1. Being technical lead for a number of leaidng products.
2. Setting and maintaining architectural standards.
3. Writing and reviewing code.
4. Creating a long-term strategy for modernising the code base.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
