What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the Business - Take full ownership of your site’s success, from guest experience to financial performance.
* Inspire & Develop - Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring every single person feels valued, supported, and motivated.
* Drive Results - Manage budgets, sales targets and profit margins using tools like Fourth, making data-driven decisions that grow the business.
* Innovate & Improve - Introduce fresh ideas, push boundaries, and continuously elevate the guest experience.
* Recruit & Train - Spot talent, hire great people, and nurture future leaders within the business.
* Maintain High Standards - Champion compliance, health & safety, and Nell’s best practices, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
