School Support Worker - A Fantastic Opportunity in Education for Aspiring Clinical or Youth Justice Professionals

Position: School Support Worker

Location: Dunstable

Pay: £460 - £500 per week

Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Sector: Education and Training

What We're Looking For

A strong interest or background in mental health, SEN, or youth work.
Ideally some experience supporting vulnerable children or young adults.
Someone local or willing to commute to Dunstable.
A compassionate, reliable, and proactive adult role model who can provide consistent support for young people facing complex challenges.

Assisting teachers in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Promoting a safe, inclusive, and emotionally supportive learning environment.
