Essential requirements for a Off rota Children's Home Deputy Manager:
A minimum 12 months supervisory experience in a children's residential care home
A minimum of Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
A full driving licence issued in the UK
In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice

Our home is a 3 bedded home offering support for children with learning difficulties. Our young people receive the highest quality care and support with all their educational and emotional needs as well as engaging in their favourite hobbies and interests.
